Use of This Site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Beef Share Deposits

Deposits placed through this site reserve your beef share for the current season. All deposits are non-refundable. By placing a deposit, you acknowledge that:

• Your deposit secures your spot and is applied toward your final balance.

• Final pricing is based on actual hanging weight confirmed after processing. You will be invoiced for the balance at that time.

• Cut and wrap fees are paid directly to the processor at pickup. These fees are separate from and in addition to the per-pound hanging weight price.

• The processor will contact you directly to arrange your cut order and pickup. Dry Creek Livestock is not responsible for processor scheduling or availability.

• Order deadlines are firm. Please refer to the product listing for your specific deadline.

Availability

Beef shares are available in limited quantities each season. Placing a deposit does not guarantee availability beyond what is listed at the time of purchase. If an animal cannot be processed as planned due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be contacted and offered a full refund of your deposit.

Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable except in the event that Dry Creek Livestock is unable to fulfill the order. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the customer after the deposit is placed.

Custom Exempt Processing

All beef is processed at a USDA-inspected, state-inspected, or custom exempt facility. Meat processed under custom exemption is not for resale and is intended solely for the personal use of the purchaser and their household.

Live Animal Sales

All live animals are sold as-is. Dry Creek Livestock, LLC makes no guarantees regarding future performance, production, fertility, or health outcomes after the sale is complete. Animals are represented accurately at the time of sale to the best of our knowledge. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect animals prior to purchase and to arrange their own transportation. All sales are final.

Email Communications

By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your purchase. If you opt in to marketing communications at checkout, you may also receive updates about future product availability. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the site.

Limitation of Liability

Dry Creek Livestock, LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or its content, including any issues arising from processor scheduling, product availability, or fulfillment beyond our direct control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
